The location of the hotel was great for enjoying the natural rocky landscape, a perfect Christmas escape. the personnel was very friendly and helpful, and the food was good with some vegetarian options.

The outdoor terrace of the bar was not very inviting and could benefit from more foliage and better seating. the room was cramped and the view was disappointing, looking out onto the furniture of the bar seating area.

The natural surroundings were breathtaking and perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially in the spa. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to major highways but still feeling like we were away from it all.

The reception staff lacked warmth and weren't very helpful. The bar terrace could use some updating, with better furnishings and more greenery.

Nestled in a peaceful mountainous region, the hotel boasts enchanting views of a serene river. the room was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom. the restaurant provides excellent service and delicious vegetarian options. the terrace is a cozy spot for lunch, offering a relaxing ambiance with mountains in the backdrop.

A few staff members were not welcoming or friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, with great vegetarian food, an amazing riverside location in the mountains, and an excellent staff including helpful reception and spa service.
